Related Party Transactions	RELATED PARTY TRANSACTIONS The Company enters into sales and purchases agreements with various companies that have a relationship with the Company's executive officers or members of the Company's board of directors. The relationships are typically an equity investment by the executive officer or board member in the customer / vendor company or the Company's executive officer or board member is a member of the customer / vendor company's board of directors. The Company has received $5.7 million and $3.3 million in total revenues from such related parties during the nine months ended September 30, 2016 and 2015, respectively. The Company has entered into various software license agreements with a software service provider who has a board member in common with TriNet. The Company paid the software service provider $6.1 million and $4.1 million during the nine months ended September 30, 2016 and 2015, for services it received, respectively.
