SUBSEQUENT EVENTS The Company evaluated the June 30, 2014 financial statements for subsequent events through the date that the financial statements were available to be issued and noted no material events requiring either recognition as of June 30, 2014 or disclosure herein.

The entire disclosure for significant events or transactions that occurred after the balance sheet date through the date the financial statements were issued or the date the financial statements were available to be issued.
