Other Events

As of the close of business on June 22, 2012, Washington Federal, Inc. completed the sale of its two branches in El Paso, Texas to Pioneer Bank of Roswell, New Mexico. Approximately $18 million in deposits and the branch premises were sold; no loans were included in the transaction.
