During the six months to June 30, 2011the Company completed its acquisition of ABH for cash consideration payable of $739.2 million, which resulted in goodwill of $192.5 million (see Note 2). The goodwill has been assigned to the SPoperating segment.

At June 30, 2011goodwill of $444.5 million (December 31, 2010: $245.9million) is held in the SP segment and $168.4million (December 31, 2010:$156.6million) in the HGT segment.
