On May 23, 2008, The PMI Group, Inc. (the "Company") received notice from Victor J. Bacigalupi, Executive Vice President, Chief Administrative Officer, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary, of his decision to retire from the Company. He will retire on or about July 1, 2008.
