On March 3, 2008, The PMI Group, Inc. issued a press release containing certain financial results for the quarter and the year ended December 31, 2007, a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference. Also on March 3, 2008, The PMI Group, Inc. filed a Notification of Late Filing on Form 12b-25 with the Securities and Exchange Commission containing certain financial results for the year ended December 31, 2007.
