 Shareholder Meeting Notice

Stanley Black & Decker, Inc.’s Annual Meeting of Shareholders will be held on April 19, 2018 at the John F. Lundgren Center for Learning and Development, 1000 Stanley Drive, New Britain, Connecticut 06053, at 9:30 a.m. Eastern Time.

Proposals to be voted on at the meeting are listed below along with the Board of Directors’ recommendations.
