Divestitures	DIVESTITURES In January 2019, the Company entered into an agreement to sell its Sargent & Greenleaf mechanical locks business within the Security segment. The divestiture will allow the Company to invest in other areas of the Security business that fit into its long-term growth strategy. The transaction is expected to close in the second quarter of 2019.
