Other Costs and Expenses	Other Costs and Expenses Other-net is primarily comprised of intangible asset amortization expense, currency related gains or losses, environmental expense and merger and acquisition-related charges, primarily consisting of transaction costs. During the three and six months ended June 28, 2014, Other-net included $0.2 million and $0.4 million in merger and acquisition-related costs, respectively. During the three and six months ended June 29, 2013, Other-net included $4.0 million and $19.6 million in merger and acquisition-related costs, respectively.
