Note 7 - RELATED PARTY TRANSACTION	During the year ended December 31, 2011, we contracted with SEC Connect, whose principal is the Company’s Chief Executive Officer, to provide the Company with EDGAR filing services. For the year ended December 31, 2011, we paid SEC Connect $9,500 in fees, which amount includes fees paid to comply with the requirement that the Company file its financial statements with the Securities and Exchange Commission in XBRL.
