Daniel J. Frate will retire as ACI Worldwide, Inc.’s (“ACI”) Senior Executive Vice President and Group President, ACI On-Demand P&L, effective March 31, 2020. Eve Aretakis, currently the Executive Vice President of Application Development of ACI, will assume Mr. Frate’s responsibilities and be appointed the Group President, ACI On-Demand P&L, effective January 1, 2020. Mr. Frate will provide transition assistance through March 31, 2020.
