     The Company announced today that its Vice President and Chief Operating Officer, Alan A. Terril retired effective April 20, 2007. Mr. Terril joined the Company in May 1992 and was appointed Vice President in 1993 and Chief Operating Officer in March 2001. Mr. Terril’s duties will be performed by current officers of the Company including Bradley E. Larson, President and Chief Executive Officer; Kenneth D. Nelson, Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer and the Company’s area presidents of its construction services subsidiary Meadow Valley Contractors, Inc.
