(5) Loans to Employees:

Through 2002, the Company provided loans to certain employees for the sole purpose of purchasing the Company's Class B common stock in the open market.  The underlying securities served as collateral for these loans.  All employee loans have been paid in full as of June 30, 2012.  No additional loans will be made under this program.
