            Unified Messaging Solutions LLC, Comerica Incorporated and Comerica Bank have entered into a Patent License and Settlement Agreement which resolves all disputes between the parties currently pending in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Texas (Tyler Division), Case No. 6:11-cv-464.
