Document Generation Corporation, a subsidiary of Acacia Research Corporation, and Allscripts-Misys Healthcare Solutions, Inc. filed a joint stipulation of dismissal of their patent litigations that had been pending in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Texas, bearing Docket No. 6:08-cv-00479-LED, and the United States District Court for the Southern District of Illinois, bearing Docket No. 3:07-cv-00841-GPM-DGW.
