Item 8.01 Other Events.
Teleconference Systems LLC, a subsidiary of Acacia Research Corporation, entered into a settlement and patent license agreement with Genband, Inc. This agreement resolves patent litigation, Civil Action No. 6:17-cv-00139, pending in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Texas.
