Other Events.

On February 1, 2022, Standard Motor Products, Inc. issued a press release announcing an increase in its quarterly common stock dividend from twenty-five cents ($0.25) per share to twenty-seven cents ($0.27) per share, payable on March 1, 2022, to shareholders of record on February 15, 2022.

A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is hereby incorporated by reference.
