The Company, at the direction of the Board of Directors, may make discretionary contributions. Our employees may elect to make contributions pursuant to a salary reduction agreement upon meeting age and length-of-service requirements. The Company matching contribution for the year ended December 31, 2022 was $0.2 million. The Company did not match employees’ deferrals in the year ended December 25, 2021.
