Item 8.01 Other Events.

On June 2, 2020, ENGlobal Corporation (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that the Company has regained compliance with the minimum bid price requirement for continued listing on the Nasdaq Stock Market. A copy of this press release is filed herewith as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.

ENGlobal Regains Nasdaq Compliance

Houston, June 3, 2020 -- ENGlobal (NASDAQ:ENG), a leading provider of engineered modular solutions, today announced that it has received official notification from The Nasdaq Stock Market that the company has regained compliance with the minimum bid price requirement for continued listing on the NASDAQ Capital Market.

This notification, dated June 2, 2020, stated that for the last 10 consecutive business days, from May 15 to June 1, 2020, the closing bid price of the company's common stock has been at $1.00 per share or greater. Accordingly, the company has regained compliance with Nasdaq Listing Rule 5550(a)(2) and this matter is now closed.
