Item 5.03 Amendments to Bylaws.

Effective February 23, 2007, Aurora Oil & Gas Corporation, by action of its Board of Directors, amended its by-laws to provide that the Board of Directors may fix the record date for any meeting of shareholders at a time not more than 70 days prior to the date of such meeting. Prior to this amendment to the by-laws, the record date for any meeting of shareholders could be fixed only at a time not more than 40 days prior to the date of such meeting.
