On February 22, 2011, the Company announced that the core deposit intangible in the OMNI Bancshares, Inc. acquisition (i.e., the value of the non-maturity acquired core deposits) is currently estimated to be approximately $1 million and that goodwill from the transaction is estimated, based on current assumptions, to be approximately $40 million.
