Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure

On October 22, 2008, the Registrant disclosed that its energy-related loan exposure as defined as Companies with North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) codes 211 (Oil and Gas Extraction), 212 (Mining), 213 (Support Activities for Mining) and 483 (Water Transportation) at September 30, 2008 was $80.1 million, or 2.2%, of the consolidated loan portfolio. There are no past due credits in this loan category at September 30, 2008.
