On September 22, 2014, Kathryn E. Scherbarth, the Vice President––Milwaukee Operations, Aftermarket and Commercial Sales for STRATTEC SECURITY CORPORATION (the "Company"), notified the Company that effective as of September 30, 2014 she will resign and terminate her employment with the Company.
