Item 8.01. Other Events.

On May 15, 2024, Insight Enterprises, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing the pricing of the previously announced offering of its 6.625% senior notes due 2032 in an aggregate principal amount of $500 million. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by this reference.
