On May 16, 2024, the Company issued a press release announcing that its wholly owned subsidiary, GOe3, LLC, had secured its GSA registration and achieved a major sales milestone with tiny-home developers. A copy of the Company’s press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
