ITEM 8.01 OTHER EVENTS.
As previously reported by Global Technologies, Ltd (the “Company”) in its Current Report on Form 8-K as filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on February 12, 2021, the Company filed a Complaint for Declaratory Judgment in the Circuit Court of the Eleventh Judicial Circuit in and for Miami-Dade County, Florida against Fortis Holdings, Ltd, Wayfarer Management, Ltd, Flash Funding, Inc. and OTC Capital Partners, LLC (together, the “Defendants”). On August 18, 2021, the Company filed a Notice without Prejudice dropping OTC Capital Partners, LLC as a defendant.
On October 18, 2021, a Default Final Judgment was entered in favor of the Company. A total of 2,991,000,000 shares of the Company’s issued and outstanding common stock are to be voided.
