Item 5.02. Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

 

On February 12, 2015, the Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors of Stillwater Mining Company, a Delaware corporation (NYSE: SWC) (the “Company”) approved an increase to the base salary of Mr. McMullen, the Company’s Chief Executive Officer, from $660,000 to $712,000 retroactive to January 1, 2015; and his annual target short-term bonus percentage was increased from 95% to 105%.
