During this period of negotiation, the parties have agreed to extend the expiration of the existing agreement until 12:01 a.m. on Wednesday, July 11, 2007. In the meantime, operations continue as normal. Although, the company and the union are working hard to achieve a timely renewal of the agreement satisfactory to both parties, there can be no assurances that such a renewal will be made on a timely basis. If an agreement is not reached, the company's ability to continue its normal operations could be affected.
