Subsequent Event	10. Subsequent Event On July 1, 2013, the Company and the United Steelworkers, representing the hourly employees at our Bridgeville facility, reached a new five-year collective bargaining agreement (the “CBA”). The CBA has been ratified by the bargaining unit and will be effective September 1, 2013 when the existing CBA expires.
