Dear Sirs,

I am writing to you in my capacity as Head of Market Relations of Transportadora de Gas del Sur S.A. (“tgs”), in order to report that in its meeting held today, tgs’ Board of Directors approved a Gas Purchase Agreement for Plant Thermal Reduction with Pampa Energía S.A. (the “Agreement”).

Prior to approval of the Agreement, tgs Audit Committee was asked to issue a report in compliance with section 72 subparagraph b), and section 73 and 110 subparagraph h) of Capital Markets Act no. 26,831 and section 18 subparagraph f), Section V, Chapter III, Title II of the Rules of the Argentine Securities and Exchange Commission (Comisión Nacional de Valores).

On June 6, 2024, the Audit Committee -after analysis and review- concluded that the Agreement can be deemed to be reasonably entered into on an arm’s length basis.

The Audit Committee’s report is available for consultation by accredited shareholders if so desired, upon request via email at: direcciondelegales@tgs.com.ar.
