I am writing to you in my capacity as Head of Market Relations of Transportadora de Gas del Sur S.A. (“tgs” or the “Company”), following the information released on August 18, 2022, in order to report that on this date the Board accepted the resignation submitted by Mr. Federico José Basualdo Richard to the position of Regular Director.

Furthermore, we hereby report that Mr. Nicolás Agustín Nuñez -who was appointed Alternate Director by the Company’s Annual General and Special Shareholders’ Meeting held on April 5, 2022- took over as Regular Director in replacement of Mr. Basualdo Richards.
