I am writing to you in my capacity as Head of Market Relations of Transportadora de Gas del Sur S.A. (“tgs” or the “Company”), in order to report that in the period ranging from October 2021 to December 2021 tgs acquired Class 2 Notes issued in 2018 (the “Notes”) –maturing in 2025- under the Global Program. The acquisition of the Notes was made for US$ 1,300,000 of their face value.
