Dear Sirs,

I am writing to you in my capacity as Head of Market Relations of Transportadora de Gas del Sur S.A. (“TGS”) in order to report that TGS has made an offer to PBBPolisur S.R.L. ("PBB") for the long-term supply of ethane produced in the General Cerri Complex, Bahía Blanca, Province of Buenos Aires (the "Supply"). PBB has agreed to the terms and conditions for the Supply, and to date, compliance with the conditions precedent of internal approval by TGS and PBB have been verified, hence the Supply has entered into force retroactively as of May 1, 2018 and shall end on December 27, 2027.
