Item 7.01.  Regulation FD Disclosure.

On May 12, 2016, Rennova Health, Inc. (the "Company") issued a press release that it will hold a conference call and provide a business update on May 16, 2016 to discuss the financial results for the first quarter of 2016. The conference call is scheduled to begin at 11:00 a.m. ET.

A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this report.

Rennova Health to Hold first quarter financial results conference call on may 16th

WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. (May 12, 2016) – Rennova Health, Inc. (NASDAQ: RNVA) (NASDAQ: RNVAW), a vertically integrated provider of industry-leading diagnostics and supportive software solutions to healthcare providers, today announced that the Company will host a conference call and provide a business update on May 16, 2016 to discuss the financial results for the first quarter of 2016.

The conference call is scheduled to begin at 11:00 a.m. Eastern time. The results will be released before the opening of the market that same day.
