Item 5.03 Amendments to Articles of Incorporation or Bylaws; Change in Fiscal Year.

On February 1, 2016, the Board of Directors of Rennova Health, Inc., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”), changed the Company’s fiscal year end from March 31 to December 31, effective December 31, 2015. No transition report is required to be filed by the Company. The Company will file its Annual Report on Form 10-K for the year ended December 31, 2015 by March 30, 2016.
