Sale guidance by business: ATVs, including RANGER(tm) - Up 9% to 11% Snowmobiles - Up mid teens percent Victory Motorcycles - Down low double digits percent PG&A - Grow slightly faster than overall Company sales growth Gross margins expected to expand up to 80 basis points - Third Quarter 2008 Third quarter 2008 earnings from continuing operations guidance range is $1.07 to $1.11 per diluted share up from Q3 2007 earnings of $1.07 per share. Sales in third quarter 2008 is expected to be up 2% to 5% from Q3 2007 due primarily to continued growth from the RANGER side-by-side vehicle business, including the very successful RANGER RZR(tm) and PG&A sales growth resulting partially from higher side-by-side related PG&A sales .
