        Registered holders of outstanding 9% Senior Notes due 2012 (the "Outstanding Senior Notes") and outstanding 10³/4% Senior Subordinated Notes due 2014 (the "Outstanding Senior Subordinated Notes") who wish to tender their such notes in exchange for a like principal amount of new 9% Senior Notes due 2012 (the "Senior Exchange Notes") and 10³/4% Senior Subordinated Notes due 2014 (the "Senior Subordinated Exchange Notes"), respectively and whose Outstanding Senior Notes and/or Outstanding Senior Subordinated Notes are not immediately available or who cannot deliver their such notes and Letter of Transmittal (and any other documents required by the Letter of Transmittal) to LaSalle Bank National Association (the "Exchange Agent") prior to the Expiration Date, may use this Notice of Guaranteed Delivery or one substantially equivalent hereto.
