RESTRICTED CASH	8. RESTRICTED CASH As of December 31, 2011, restricted cash consisted of $0.4 million of cash deposits as security for Oregon Trust Deed Notes and $1.6 million of cash deposits as security for HUD insured mortgage loans. As of December 31, 2010, restricted cash consisted of $1.7 million of cash deposits as security for Oregon Trust Deed Notes and $1.7 million of cash deposits as security for HUD insured mortgage loans.
