Item 5.02     Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On May 19, 2021, David Zaslav notified the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of Lions Gate Entertainment Corp. (the “Company”) that he will resign from the Board, effective immediately. Mr. Zaslav’s resignation is not the result of any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to its operations, policies or practices.
