On April 9, 2020, WESCO International, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release (the “Press Release”) providing an update regarding its previously announced merger with Anixter International Inc., and announced that it will hold its first quarter earnings conference call on April 30, 2020. A copy of the Press Release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
