ORGANIZATION	ORGANIZATION WESCO International, Inc. and its subsidiaries (collectively, “WESCO”), headquartered in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, is a full-line distributor of electrical, industrial and communications maintenance, repair and operating (“MRO”) and original equipment manufactures (“OEM”) products, construction materials, and advanced supply chain management and logistics services used primarily in the industrial, construction, utility and commercial, institutional and government markets. We serve over 65,000 active customers globally, through approximately 400 full service branches and eight distribution centers located primarily in the United States, Canada and Mexico, with offices in 11 additional countries.
