TREASURY STOCK: The Company repurchased a total of 68 and 28,727 shares of its common stock during fiscal 2021 and fiscal 2020, respectively, for cash totaling less than $0.1 million and approximately $2.0 million, respectively. All repurchased shares were recorded in treasury stock at cost.
