DIVIDENDS	5. DIVIDENDS The Company paid cash dividends on its common stock totaling $3.0 million and $3.1 million for the three and six month periods ended March 31, 2021, respectively, and $0.3 million and $0.4 million for the three and six month periods ended March 31, 2020, respectively.
