COMMON STOCK REPURCHASE The Company repurchased a total of 6,653 and 11,104 shares of its common stock during the six month periods ended March 2018 and March 2017, respectively, for cash totaling approximately $0.6 million and $1.0 million, respectively. All repurchased shares were recorded in treasury stock at cost.
