TREASURY STOCK: The Company repurchased a total of 12,036 and 56,391 shares of its common stock during fiscal 2017 and fiscal 2016, respectively, for cash totaling approximately $1.1 million and $4.8 million, respectively. All repurchased shares were recorded in treasury stock at cost.
