COMMON STOCK REPURCHASE	10. COMMON STOCK REPURCHASE During Q1 2016, the Company repurchased 25,402 shares of its common stock from independent third parties in privately negotiated transactions for cash totaling approximately $2.2 million. All repurchased shares are recorded in treasury stock at cost. During Q1 2016, the Company’s Board of Directors also reauthorized additional common stock repurchases up to 50,000 shares.
