Subsequent Events [Text Block]	NOTE 16 – SUBSEQUENT EVENTS On July 19, 2012, the Company filed a Preliminary Information Statement (SEC PRE 14C) to amend the Company’s Articles of Incorporation based on the July 11, 2012 authorization of the Company’s Board of Directors and shareholders holding a majority of the Company’s outstanding voting capital stock to amend the Company’s Articles of Incorporation to increase the number of the Company’s authorized shares of capital stock to 4,050,000,000 shares of which 4,000,000,000 shares will be Common Stock and 50,000,000 shares will be Preferred Stock (the “Authorized Stock Increase” or “Amendment”).

The entire disclosure for significant events or transactions that occurred after the balance sheet date through the date the financial statements were issued or the date the financial statements were available to be issued.
