Subsequent Event	Note 16 — Subsequent Event Acquisition of SiteLark, LLC ("SiteLark") Effective April 1, 2014, the Company acquired 100% of the membership interests in SiteLark for $0.4 million and 5,327 shares of the Company's common stock. SiteLark provides reservoir engineering and modeling services for a variety of hydrocarbon applications. Its services include proprietary software which assists engineers with reservoir simulation, reservoir engineering and waterflood optimization.
