Subsequent Events [Text Block]	Subsequent Event In July 2013, the Company entered into a non-binding Letter of Intent to acquire Eclipse IOR Services, LLC, a leading provider of enhanced recovery technologies for oil and natural gas producers. Subject to successful completion of due diligence, total consideration is expected to be approximately $6.5 million.
