A portion of the shares reported herein are held in a separately managed account (the “Account”), the investments of which are managed by Jasinkiewicz Capital Management, LLC (“JCM”), of which Paul Jasinkiewicz is the managing member.  Millennium Management LLC and/or one or more of its affiliates have delegated investment discretion over the Account to JCM pursuant to an account management agreement.
